These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lelacreativeshop.com, including all purchases, digital downloads, templates, patterns, printables, content, features, and services offered by Lela Shop.

Lela Shop is operated by MP Studio LLC.

Throughout these Terms, “Lela Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MP Studio LLC doing business through Lela Shop. “You” and “customer” refer to any visitor, purchaser, or user of the website.

By visiting our website, placing an order, downloading a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery & Refund Policy, and License & Terms of Use.

Please do not use the website or purchase our products if you do not agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

Our purchasing services are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian must supervise purchases made for or involving a minor.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and products complies with applicable laws.

2. Digital Products

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, all products sold by Lela Shop are digital products.

No physical product will be shipped.

Product photographs may show frames, paper, devices, decorations, furniture, printed examples, packaging, apparel, or other physical objects for presentation purposes. These items are not included.

Digital products may include:

• PDF files.

• PNG or JPG files.

• ZIP folders.

• Printable artwork.

• Editable Canva templates.

• Invitations and event stationery.

• Sewing patterns.

• Instructions and guides.

• Access documents containing external links.

• Other downloadable or editable resources.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, dimensions, formats, editable features, software requirements, and included files accurately.

Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, printer, paper, ink, and printing provider.

Mockups are illustrative and may not represent exact printed scale, color, texture, or appearance.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

• The full product description.

• Included file types.

• Dimensions and size ratios.

• Editable and non-editable elements.

• Required applications or accounts.

• License type.

• Printing recommendations.

• Any product-specific restrictions.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraud.

• Unauthorized payment.

• Pricing or listing errors.

• Technical errors.

• Duplicate transactions.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Attempted unauthorized use or redistribution.

• Legal or regulatory restrictions.

If we cancel a paid order before valid delivery, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

An order confirmation does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Depending on your location, the final amount may include:

Payment information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. Lela Shop does not directly store complete card information.

7. Digital Delivery

Digital delivery generally begins after payment is successfully processed.

Depending on the product, delivery may occur through:

• A download button.

• An order-confirmation page.

• An email containing download access.

• A customer account.

• A PDF containing instructions and template links.

• A digital-delivery application.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment review, technical problems, email filtering, platform outages, or inaccurate customer information.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, promotions, and junk folders.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final after delivery or access begins.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of required software, incorrect customer information, printing differences, or failure to review the product description.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Licenses and Permitted Use

Purchasing a product grants a limited license to use it. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard product purchase includes personal-use rights only.

Commercial use requires the purchase of a separate Commercial Use License when available.

All use of our products is governed by the License & Terms of Use, including conditions concerning:

• Personal use.

• Commercial use.

• Client projects.

• Modifications.

• Production limits.

• File sharing.

• Digital resale.

• Print-on-demand.

• Intellectual property.

In the event of a conflict, a product-specific license controls for that particular product.

10. Editable Templates and Third-Party Platforms

Some products require Canva or another third-party platform.

A free or paid third-party account may be necessary depending on the product and included elements.

Third-party services operate independently from Lela Shop. We do not control:

• Platform availability.

• Account requirements.

• Subscription pricing.

• Software updates.

• Feature changes.

• Font or element availability.

• Device compatibility.

• Account suspension.

• External outages.

Use of a third-party platform is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Lela Shop is not responsible for changes made by Canva or another provider after your purchase. When reasonably possible, we may provide an alternative or correction if a platform change makes the original product link unusable.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate order and contact information.

• Maintaining access to your email account.

• Downloading and securely saving purchased files.

• Confirming names, dates, spelling, addresses, and event information.

• Reviewing completed designs before printing or sharing.

• Using compatible software and devices.

• Selecting correct print settings, dimensions, and paper.

• Following all license conditions.

• Preventing unauthorized access to files and template links.

• Confirming that your intended use is permitted.

Lela Shop is not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or products:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes.

• To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

• To distribute malware or interfere with website security.

• To collect information about others without authorization.

• To impersonate another person or business.

• To submit false billing or contact information.

• To resell, share, or redistribute digital products in violation of our license.

• To access the website through automated means for unauthorized scraping or copying.

• To bypass download, account, copyright, or security restrictions.

• To use our content for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training without written authorization.

• To create competing digital resources from our products.

• To engage in conduct that may damage Lela Shop, Shopify, our providers, or other users.

We may suspend access or cancel a license when these restrictions are violated.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, including designs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, templates, patterns, text, graphics, logos, branding, videos, downloads, layouts, and product descriptions, are owned by or licensed to Lela Shop.

They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, published, or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted by a written license.

“Lela Shop,” related branding, logos, and trade dress may not be used without written permission.

14. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

When you voluntarily provide a review, testimonial, suggestion, photograph, or other submission, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it.

• It does not violate another person’s rights.

• It is not fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading.

You grant Lela Shop permission to display, reproduce, and use submitted reviews or feedback for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We will not publish private customer-support communications as testimonials without appropriate permission.

15. Website Availability and Errors

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

We may correct:

• Printed colors will exactly match screen colors.

• Third-party platforms will remain unchanged or continuously available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lela Shop and MP Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the website.

• Customer printing or production decisions.

• Loss of downloaded files.

• Third-party platform changes or outages.

• Unauthorized sharing by the customer.

• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability concerning a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other legally protected circumstances.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of our License & Terms of Use.

• Your unlawful use of a product.

• Your infringement of another person’s rights.

• Content or information you add to a customized product.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services or licenses when you materially violate these Terms or our licensing conditions.

Upon termination, provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, prohibited redistribution, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

Termination for a policy violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MP Studio LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their habitual country or region when those protections legally apply.

Before initiating formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery & Refund Policy, License & Terms of Use, and applicable product-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Lela Shop concerning the website and purchased products.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, products, technology, or legal obligations.

Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

The terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order, except where a legal or security-related update must apply immediately.
