Thank you for shopping at Lela Shop. Please review this Digital Products Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing or downloading any product from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold by Lela Shop are digital products unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.

No physical product will be shipped or delivered to you. Any photographs, frames, decorations, printed materials, devices, or physical items shown in product images are for display and presentation purposes only.

2. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after your payment has been successfully processed.

Depending on the product, you may receive:

Downloadable PDF, PNG, JPG, ZIP, or other digital files.
A PDF document containing instructions and access links.
A link to an editable Canva template.
Digital sewing patterns, guides, or printable resources.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have access to the email account used during checkout.

Please download and save your files after purchase. Lela Shop is not responsible for files that are lost, deleted, or no longer accessible from the customer’s device after they have been successfully delivered.

3. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Accidental purchases.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Purchasing the wrong size, format, design, or product.
Lack of access to the required software or application.
Difficulty using Canva or another editing platform.
Printer, device, internet, or software compatibility issues.
Differences between screen colors and printed colors.
A customer deciding not to use the purchased product.
A customer expecting a physical item.

Please contact us if you:

Receive the wrong file.
Receive a damaged or corrupted file.
Cannot access a template because the provided link is not working.
Are charged more than once for the same purchase.
Experience a technical issue caused by the original file.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by replacing, correcting, or restoring access to the product. A refund may be considered when a verified issue cannot be resolved.

Any refund request must include the order number, the email address used during checkout, and a clear description of the issue.

4. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, Lela Shop products are intended for personal use only.

You may:

Download and save the purchased files on your personal devices.
Edit customizable areas of an editable template.
Print the product for your own personal use.
Use the product for your own celebration, home, classroom, or personal project.
Send a completed invitation or digital design to your personal guests.
Use a professional printing service to print the product for your personal use.

You may not claim the original design, artwork, template, pattern, layout, or file as your own creation.

Some products may include different licensing terms. When a product listing includes a specific personal-use or commercial-use license, the terms stated in that listing will apply.

5. Prohibited Use and Redistribution

The purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design to the buyer.

You may not:

Resell, share, distribute, transfer, or give away the original files.
Share editable Canva template links with other people.
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, social media groups, drives, marketplaces, or digital libraries.
Sell or distribute modified versions of the original product.
Copy the product and offer it as a free download.
Use the designs to create competing digital templates or downloadable products.
Extract individual graphics, illustrations, design elements, or artwork for resale.
Use the product in print-on-demand services.
Use the product as part of a logo, trademark, brand identity, or copyrighted business asset.
Purchase one copy for use by multiple customers, businesses, organizations, or events.
Remove, alter, or bypass any copyright notice, license information, or security feature.

Purchasing a product allows use by the original buyer only, unless the product listing specifically provides a different license.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, resale, or distribution may result in the cancellation of access to the product and may violate applicable copyright laws.

6. Editable Templates

Some Lela Shop products are provided as editable Canva templates.

A free or paid Canva account may be required, depending on the elements included in the design. The product listing will indicate when Canva Pro or another paid feature is required.

Customers are responsible for:

Creating or accessing their own Canva account.
Making a copy of the template before editing.
Confirming all names, dates, addresses, spelling, and event information.
Reviewing the completed design before downloading, printing, or sharing it.
Selecting the correct file format and print settings.
Keeping a personal copy of the edited template.

Only the elements described as editable in the product listing are guaranteed to be customizable. Certain artwork, illustrations, backgrounds, or design elements may be locked or provided as part of the original design.

Lela Shop is not responsible for changes made by Canva or another third-party platform, including changes to features, subscriptions, fonts, availability, or technical requirements.

7. Printing and Color Variations

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor, printer, paper, ink, and printing service.

Lela Shop cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on your device.

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting the appropriate paper and printing method.
Confirming the correct dimensions and file ratio.
Reviewing print previews and printer settings.
Requesting a test print when necessary.
Following the instructions provided with the product.

Printing costs are not included with the purchase of a digital product.

8. Buyer Responsibility

Before purchasing, the buyer is responsible for reviewing:

The complete product description.
The included file types.
Product dimensions and size ratios.
Software or account requirements.
Editable and non-editable elements.
Printing recommendations.
Usage and licensing restrictions.

The buyer is also responsible for confirming that their device, software, printer, or selected printing provider supports the included file formats.

For customizable products, the buyer must carefully review all information before printing, publishing, or sending the final design. Lela Shop is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect contact information, or other errors entered by the customer.

9. Customer Support

Lela Shop offers support for issues directly related to the original product, including:

Missing or inaccessible downloads.
Broken template links.
Corrupted or incorrect files.
Basic instructions for accessing or downloading a product.
Clarification about included files or sizes.
Technical issues caused by the original product.

Standard support does not include:

Complete customization of a template.
Recreating or redesigning a product.
Personalized design services unless purchased separately.
Printing services.
Assistance with a customer’s personal printer, device, internet connection, or third-party software.
Extensive training in Canva or another design platform.

When requesting support, please provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and screenshots or details explaining the issue.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, templates, patterns, instructions, photographs, branding, and digital files created by Lela Shop remain the intellectual property of Lela Shop and its respective licensors.

Copyright and ownership are not transferred to the buyer through purchase. The buyer receives only a limited license to use the product according to this policy and the individual product listing.

11. Policy Updates

Lela Shop reserves the right to update or modify this policy when necessary.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order. Continued use of our website or products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
